As per the instructions received from the Honorable Higher Education Minister and Secretary (Sir) of Higher Education, all the passed out students (undergraduate, postgraduate and research students) studied in the Higher Education Department, Uttarakhand, are to be onboarded on the Samarth Alumni Portal. The aim is to ensure that all the students who have completed their studies in higher education Uttarakhand can become a part of the alumni network of the institute and all the students will be able to stay in touch with each other and also exchange their experiences. In this regard following is the link registration:
